How we are organised
Denplan is organised into a number of functions that work closely together to ensure that the business is well placed to maintain growth, support customers and provide employees with superb opportunities.
The key functions are:
Sales
Our Sales team is based throughout the UK and seek to constantly build relationships to support new and existing clients.
Marketing
Our Marketing team covers all aspects of market development to support and grow our business including new product development, brand, research, e-commerce, communications and events.
Customer Services
Our Customer Service teams provide excellent service to each of our customers, segmented into three groups: our member dentists; their patients and our corporate clients.
Professional Services
Our Professional Services team supports our quality programmes, provide training for our member dentists and their teams, and are able to offer professional advice on a wide range of subjects including buying a practice, retirement, decontamination and clinical complaints.
Information Technology (IT)
Our IT team are crucial to the business by developing and maintaining our systems and providing continuous improvement through technical innovation.
Finance
Our Finance team encompasses a very wide range of activities including management accounts, budgeting, expenses, payroll, credit control, purchase ledger, financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
Human Resources (HR)
Our HR team supports the business by providing whatever is required from a people perspective including recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, wellbeing and support programmes.
