Training courses
We offer a wide range of internal and external training courses as well as bespoke workshops, ranging from 'Time Management' and 'Personal Effectiveness' to 'Presentation Skills' and 'Team Building'.
Professional qualifications
We support employees in the achievement of relevant academic and professional qualifications.
NVQs
Since 2000 we have been an accredited NVQ assessment centre and offer a variety of NVQ programmes including Customer Service and Management.
Internal opportunities
Where possible, we like to fill vacancies from within Denplan. Our annual career review ensures that everyone gets a chance to express their ambitions and, with the help of their manager, build a development plan to achieve them. We also give individuals further learning opportunities through secondments and additional project work.
