We offer a wide range of internal and external training courses as well as bespoke workshops, ranging from NLP and Personal Effectiveness to Presentation Skills and Effective Letter Writing.
We support employees in the achievement of relevant academic and professional qualifications.
Since 2011 we have been working with Peter Symonds College to offer a variety of NVQ programmes including Customer Services, Business Administration and Management.
Where possible, we like to fill vacancies from within Denplan. Our annual career review ensures that everyone gets a chance to express their ambitions and, with the help of their manager, build a development plan to achieve them. We also give individuals further learning opportunities through secondments and additional project work.
