Benefits
Denplan offers employees a wide range of benefits some of which are available from the start of employment and others are service related. We listen to our team and, as a result, new benefits are often added and others improved. Here are some of our key benefits:
- Bonus
We run an annual bonus programme that is determined by two elements: individual and company performance.
- Company Pension Plan
Provided by our parent company AXA, Denplan offers a pension plan whereby the employee contributes between 1-4% of pensionable salary whilst Denplan contributes between 4-16% depending upon age.
- Flexi-Time
We have a flexi time system that enables employees to build up time to take a maximum of six extra full days off per year.
- Holidays
The number of days of holiday is dependant on job grade and increase with service starting at a minimum of 23 days rising to 28 days plus statutory holidays. To celebrate multiples of five years of service, employees have an extra five days of holiday in the following year to celebrate their anniversary.
- Life Assurance
All employees are covered for life assurance at four times’ basic annual
salary.
- Preventative Dental Cover
As a Company we are committed to preventative dental care and the protection of teeth to ensure that they last for a lifetime. We offer interest free loans to get teeth up to a good standard; after six months service, we pay the monthly fees charged by any dentist for Denplan Care or Denplan Essentials; provide free tooth implant cover in the event of an accident and, after two years service, we pay the monthly fees charged by any dentist for Denplan Care for partners as long as they live at the same address as the employee.
- Private Medical Insurance
We fund the full cost of private medical insurance for all employees once they have completed one year’s continuous service. After two years’ service, we offer private medical insurance at discounted rates for dependants.
We also offer childcare vouchers, annual fitness subsidy, interest free loans for driving lessons, subsidised travel to work using public transport, free parking at the local park and ride, enhanced maternity benefits and lots, lots more.....
