Denplan supports and encourages the development of its employees through various different channels. We have held the accreditation of Investors in People since 1996 and are an accredited assessment centre for NVQ’s. Everyone has an appraisal twice a year to ensure that their training needs are identified and their career aspirations are being met and nurtured. We have an extensive range of internal and external training courses running throughout the year, from Presentation Skills to Certificate in Dentistry.
