Funding Options
| Option | Description |
| Company Paid |
Dental cover is offered as a core benefit for your employees and is paid in full by the company. The company would pay any premiums direct to Denplan, and all employees covered would be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation. |
| Flexible benefit |
If you operate a Flex scheme for your employees, you can offer dental payment plans arranged by Denplan as part of the range of options employees can choose from. The company would pay any premiums direct to Denplan, and all employees covered would be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation. |
| Salary Deduct |
A Salary Deduct plan allows employees the option to purchase dental cover with payments deducted direct from their salary. The company would then pay any premiums collected direct to Denplan. |
All information regarding taxation is subject to change.
Please note: Company Paid dental payment plans are available to all companies covering more than three employees. For other funding methods, a minimum of 100 employees is required.
Other funding options are available, including co-funding between the company and employee, and dental payment plans funded by individual employees through their own Direct Debit. Please contact us for further details.
