Funding options

Scheme Description
Company funded Provides dental cover as a core benefit for your employees and is paid in full by the company. You would pay any premiums direct to Denplan, and all employees covered would be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation.
Flex funding If you operate a Flex Funded scheme for your employees, you can offer dental plans arranged by Denplan as part of the range of options employees can choose from. The company would pay any premiums direct to Denplan, and all employees covered would either be subject to Benefit in Kind taxation.
Salary deduct funding Choosing a Salary Deduct Funding plan allows employees the option to purchase dental cover with payments deducted direct from their salary. You would then pay any premiums collected direct to Denplan.
  • All information regarding taxation is subject to change
