Set-up fee
Whether applying for Denplan Excel, Denplan Excel for Children or both, there is a set-up fee of £100 (per dentist per practice).
This one off-fee covers:
- Supply of all mandatory materials
- Initial on-site Denplan Excel practice team training
- Enhanced support from your Denplan Consultant and clinical teams
- Accreditation assessment
- Supply of accreditation plaque and certificate
Monthly Fees
There is a monthly fee which varies depending on how many dentists from your practice participate in the Denplan Excel Accreditation Programme and the total number of Denplan patients registered with all of them. The monthly fee can be paid by Direct Debit or a one-off annual fee in advance.
Included in this monthly fee is a range of on-going support from Denplan, including:
- Re-accreditation by a Denplan Practice Advisor who holds the FGDP Certificate in Practice Appraisal, approximately every 18 months
- Accreditation documentation
- A confidential Business Development Patient Survey and report worth approximately £2,000 (+ VAT at the prevailing rate)
