The Denplan Excel joining process is as follows:

Denplan Excel Accreditation registration form received by Denplan |
| 02 |
Denplan Excel training arranged, and attended by practice team. Receive Denplan Excel materials and start using the materials in practice. Assessment day agreed in advance |
| 03 |
Follow up in-practice support then accrediation assessment visit carried out by a Denplan Practice Advisor |
| 04 |
Accreditation granted plaque and name badges supplied . If accreditation is not granted, go back to stage 2 |
| 05 |
Optional mailing to patients and press release to inform the media of accredition achieved and the benefits to your patients |
| 06 |
Post assessment visit and support |
| 07 |
Business Development Patient Survey carried out (approximately six months after accreditation) |
| 09 |
Re-accreditation support every 18 months |
