From 1st April 2011, all dental practices offering private care and treatment must apply for registration with RQIA.
We have produced straightforward guidance to help practices apply for registration.

- Downloadable guidance on completion of the application form, Registered Manager form, and Access NI Criminal Records checks. A downloadable 'Word' version of the Statement of Purpose is also included
- The Denplan Quality Manual, which contains template policies and protocols covering virtually all aspects of RQIA requirements
- The Denplan Decontamination and Cross Infection Control Manual (Northern Ireland), which includes advice, guidance, and templates for HTM 01-05 as it applies in Northern Ireland
