Wave One - Reciprocation Coming Around Again
Professor Phil Lumley - Head of the School of Dentistry, University of Birmingham
The use of nickel titanium files in reciprocating motion is becomming increasingly popular. This presentation will provide a background to reciprocation including recent developments over the last five years with specific reference to the Wave One system. Guidance will be provided on use of Wave One in a range of root canal anatomy and participants will have an opportunity to use the instruments hands on in plastic blocks.

This interactive session will look at how your personal motivation and values can impact on your team and business success through the use of the SDI Relationship Awareness Theory. Jo will provide top tips on leading your teams and advice on the practical things you can do as a leader to move your practice forward.
