Terms of booking
Tailor-made Training Days and places on events are subject to availability. It is therefore advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.
Your booking will be confirmed within five working days of us receiving your completed booking form and payment.
Please note that all dates and locations are subject to change. Some events are open by invitation only.
Methods of payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by monthly report, credit/debit card or cheque.
Cancellations
If cancellation is received less than 20 working days before the date of the event or training, we regret that no refund can be given.
For Tailor-made Training Days, any venue costs incurred as a result of cancellation will be at your expense.
Denplan reserves the right to cancel, change or amend any event.
Costs
Please note that for some events there is a surcharge for non-Denplan member practices of £50 per delegate. Tiered prices and discounts for events are based on the total number of Denplan Patients registered and owned by the member dentist(s) at your practice at the time of booking. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to the 2012 Denplan Rules for further information regarding benefits of Denplan membership.
