Capitation plan - Denplan Care
Denplan Care is a comprehensive preventive and restorative oral healthcare plan for your patients. It allows you to set the patients’ fees dependent on their oral health.
Included in Denplan Care:
- Dental examinations (as clinically necessary)
- Dental hygiene visits (as clinically necessary)
- Dental x-rays
- Necessary fillings
- Necessary extractions
- Periodontal treatment
- Preventive dental advice and therapy
- Crowns, dentures and bridgework (excluding lab fees)
- Root canal treatment
Not included in Denplan Care:
- Laboratory fees/prescriptions
- Any treatment specified as excluded by you in the patient’s contract
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Treatment carried out anywhere else other than with you, except when treatment is covered by the Supplementary Insurance
- Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
- Extraction of wisdom teeth
- Treatment not clinically necessary
