A little about Robert
A Denplan member since 1999, Robert is the principal dentist at The Broadway Dental Practice in Thatcham and has over 750 Denplan patients. Since moving to Denplan, he has moved his child patients to Plans for Children, become Denplan Excel Accredited, taken on an Associate and purchased the practice premises.
His relationship with Denplan has gone from strength to strength over the years and he’s enjoying the independence and financial security that his membership brings.

One of the reasons why Robert enjoys working with Denplan so much is because he is now able to control his work, rather than his work controlling him:
“I love coming to work knowing I only have to do the hours I choose. Whether I need to attend my daughter’s school play or want to do an extra session at the gym, I can because I am in control.”

What does the future hold?
Robert is looking forward to taking a well earned holiday and knows that he will come back to a profession he feels passionate about:
"I enjoy going away, and even went on the Denplan Ski Conference; it was great for networking with other like-minded colleagues both professionally and socially and I would love to do something similar in the future.”
"It’s also nice knowing that I am coming back to a life that I feel totally content with. This is what I have always wanted, I love my job and get to enjoy my life outside of work – it’s a great balance."
