Capitation plan – Denplan Care - Denplan Care is a comprehensive preventive and restorative oral healthcare for your patients. It allows you to set the patient's fees dependending on their oral health
Plans for Children - This dental payment plan is flexible and easy to set up. It allows you to set patients' fees based on any model, (maintenance or capitation) so you can choose what you would like to include in the plan for your younger patients
Membership Plan - A dental payment plan that allows you to register your Private fee-per-item patients to the practice, ensuring they have access to you, their preferred dentist
Interest-free patient loans - Denplan Enhance - Denplan Enhance allows you to offer interest-free loans to your patients, allowing them to spread the cost of cosmetic or high value dental treatments (min £250) over an agreed number of months

Maintenance Plan - Denplan Essentials

Denplan Essentials is a maintenance plan that is easy to set-up. It allows you to set a monthly fee for your patient to cover a number of dental exams, dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays.

Included in Denplan Essentials:

Dental examinations (frequency decided by you)
Dental hygiene visits (frequency decided by you)
Dental x-rays
Preventive dental advice and therapy
Simple to set up with no patient assessments required
Freedom to set your private treatment fees

Not included in Denplan Essentials:

Any restorative dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures
Lab fees and prescriptions
Any treatment specified as excluded by you in the patient’s contract
Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
Sedation fees
Treatment carried out anywhere else other than with you, except when treatment is covered by the Supplementary Insurance
Extraction of wisdom teeth
Treatment not clinically necessary

Denplan Care is a comprehensive preventive and restorative oral healthcare for your patients. It allows you to set the patients’ fees dependent on their oral health.

Included in Denplan Care:

Dental examinations (as clinically necessary)
Dental hygiene visits (as clinically necessary)
Dental x-rays
Necessary fillings
Necessary extractions
Periodontal treatment
Preventive dental advice and therapy
Crowns, dentures and bridgework (excluding lab fees)
Root canal treatment

Not included in Denplan Care:

Lab fees / prescriptions
Any treatment specified as excluded by you in the patient’s contract
Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
Treatment carried out anywhere else other than with you, except treatment is covered by Supplementary Insurance
Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
Sedation fees
Extraction of wisdom teeth
Treatment not clinically necessary
