The joining process is as follows:

Step 1	Denplan Excel Accreditation registration form received by Denplan, including signed payment method and set up fee.
Step 2	Denplan Excel training arranged, and attended by practice team. Receive Denplan Excel materials and commence the use of materials in practice. Assessment day agreed in advance.
Step 3	Follow up in-practice support prior to assessment visit.
Step 4	Accreditation assessment carried out by external advisor.
Step 5	Accreditation granted. Receive plaque and name badges.	Accreditation not granted.
Step 6	Optional mailing to patients and press release to inform the media of accreditation being achieved and the benefit to your patients.
Step 7	Post assessment visit and support.
Step 8	Business Development Patient Survey carried out (approx. six months after accreditation) and every three years thereafter.
Step 9	Re-validation support every 18 months.

Please note: Stages 1-4 will ideally take around 12 weeks to complete.
