Set up fee
Whether applying for Denplan Excel or Denplan Excel for Children, or both, there is a set up fee of £100 (per dentist) which you pay by cheque or credit card when you submit your registration form.
This once-only fee covers:
- supply of all mandatory materials
- initial on-site Denplan Excel practice team training
- we recommend that all members of the practice team attend, though the minimum requirement is the practicing dentist and at least one member of chairside staff
- enhanced support from the Denplan Consultant and clinical teams
- accreditation assessment
- supply of accreditation plaque and certificate.
Monthly fee
There is a monthly fee which varies depending on how many dentists from your practice participate in the Denplan Excel Accreditation Programme and the total number of Denplan patients registered. The monthly fee can be paid by Direct Debit or you can choose to pay a one-off fee annually in advance, by cheque or credit card, if you prefer.
Included in this monthly fee is a range of on-going support from Denplan, including:
- re-validation by a trained clinical peer dentist every 18 months, keeping your practice up to date with clinical governance regulations
- accreditation documentation
- a confidential Business Development Patient Survey and report carried out by an independent research company every 3 years.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

- ** monthly fee does not allow for chargeable support literature which will be invoiced on receipt of goods.
For assessment and accreditation at more than one practice location, a single charge of £100 + VAT will be made at the time of each assessment.
