Patient Information
Patient Information supports the practice team in clearly explaining the care and treatment they are providing to patients, including specific information for children and their parents. It is an important tool for enhancing the patient experience as a valued customer at your practice.
It consists of a range of materials, supplied by Denplan, to enhance communication with your patients.
Preventive Programme Commitment - this document outlines the frequency with which key diagnostic measures will be undertaken. It helps patients understand the care they can expect and allows them to express their own care requirements, which may include additional treatments.
Patient Information - this provides clear and understandable information about many different types of dental care and treatment. Patients can take the information away with them to read at their leisure.
NEW: there is also a selection of specific patient information for children and their parents enabling the child to understand their treatment.
Patient Information is also available via the Denplan Member Portal so you can download when you want to.
Accreditation promotional material - once you have achieved Denplan Excel Accreditation you will receive a high-quality accreditation plaque to display outside your practice and a certificate, which is re-issued every 18 months, to display in your reception area. In-practice posters and patient brochures are also available to help you promote accreditation to your patients.
