"Our account manager has been helpful and knowledgeable during renewals. He has also been accommodating and has resolved issues when they have arisen.
Generally our employees have had no issues with the customer services team but they have limited occasion to contact them as the majority use the online claims system with no issues.
The renewal process was pretty straightforward. The premiums are relatively high and we would like to see this come down however, given our claims rate we are aware that the premium is pretty competitive. I think our high claims indicate a high level of employee engagement."
