| 1997 | PPP Healthcare Group is acquired by Guardian Royal Exchange (GRE), a well-established financial services company |
| 1999 | GRE is acquired by Global AXA Group, world leader in financial protection and wealth management |
| 2001 | BUPA Dental Cover is acquired by Denplan |
| 2004 | Denplan experiences record growth and hits the 1.3 million registered patients mark |
| 2005 | Denplan, now employing over 300 people, is the UK’s leading dental payment plan provider, with over 6,000 member dentists and 1.5 million patients nationwide |

| 1997 | Denplan wins Accreditation from the Institute of Management to run the ‘Certificate in Management’ qualification |
| 1998 | Denplan is named Business of the Year by Meridian TV in Association with the Quality Department Association |
| 2000 | Denplan is recognised as an accreditation centre to offer National Vocational Qualifications in Administration, Customer Service and Management, up to Level Four |
