Your contract

For the dental care you receive under your ongoing dental care Contract, you are in contract with your dentist, and we send the payments you make directly to them. It means that it is this dentist who is being paid to carry out your treatment and continuing care. Your ongoing dental care Contract is put together to specifically meet your individual oral health needs.

 

Your dentist will determine how many check-ups you will need over the coming year and this will depend on your individual oral health needs. If you are unsure how many check-ups your contract entitles you to, you should check with your practice team.

 

For the Supplementary Insurance element, you are in contract with AXA PPP healthcare limited, and for the Insurance Services you are in contract with Denplan.
