Some simple tips for keeping your mouth in tip-top order.

 

Tick Brush your teeth twice a day
Tick Use fluoride toothpaste
Tick Floss daily or use interdental brushes for those hard to reach areas

Tick Quit smoking and limit your alcohol consumption to reduce your chances of contracting mouth cancer
Tick Visit your dentist regularly for check ups and keep up to date with your hygiene treatment
