What does my cover include?
Depending on your
dental plan, it could include regular examinations, advice on preventive
care with your dentist and hygiene visits. This means any potential problems
are identified early.
Additionally, the
Supplementary Insurance that Denplan arranges on your behalf covers you
for worldwide dental injury and dental emergency. This covers is included
with
Denplan Care,
Denplan Essentials,
Plans for Children and the
Membership Plan.
How are my fees worked out?

How are my payments arranged?
Denplan payment plans allow you to make fixed regular monthly payments to
cover the costs of your dental treatment. Monthly payments mean you can
budget for your regular dental care and ensure that you have access to a
dentist when you need it.
Who is my contract
with?
For the dental care you receive under your dental care contract, you are in
contract with your dentist, and we collect payments on your dentists behalf.
Your dentist has designed your ongoing dental care contract. It is put
together to specifically meet your individual
oral health needs. Your payments go direct to your dentist to carry out
your treatment.
Your dentist will determine what treatment you need over the coming year.
If you are unsure what treatment your contract entitles you to, you should
check with your dentist.
For the Supplementary Insurance element, you are in contract with
AXA PPP healthcare limited and for the
Insurance
Services, you are in contract with Denplan.
What is Supplementary Insurance and Insurance Services fees?
As part of the total monthly Denplan payment, 90p represents the premium
for your Supplementary Insurance provided by AXA PPP healthcare limited,
which includes Insurance Premium Tax at 5% (excluding residents of the
Channel Islands and Isle of Man), and 39p is the fee payable to Denplan for
providing Insurance Services.
