Three easy steps to claim
Denplan Corporate Online Services Login
Step 01 Before you go to the dentist
Check your plan start date as treatment before the start date will not be reimbursed.
Step 02 At the Dentist
Receive your treatment, pay the dentist and obtain an itemised receipt.
If you are receiving NHS treatment, make sure this is clearly stated on the receipt.
If you don't get an itemised receipt, your payment may be delayed.
Step 03 Submit your claim
You can now submit your claim through Denplan Corporate Online Services, where you will also be able to track its progress and view the outcome of all the claims you have made in the last 12 months.
Please complete a separate claim for each person - please give us as much information as you can, as this will prevent delays to your payment.
We will process your claim and send payment within five working days (providing we receive full information about your treatment).
