Complaints procedure

It is always the intention of AXA PPP healthcare and Denplan to provide a first-class level of customer service. However, should you have reason to complain you can do so in the following way:

In the first instance, you should document your complaint and send it to our

Please quote your personal policy or claim number so that your enquiry can be dealt with efficiently.

Should the matter still not be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer your complaint to:
