Step 01

Select a Denplan dental practice of your choice and make an appointment.

Step 02

Your chosen Denplan dentist will discuss any immediate treatment needs you have and agree with you the most appropriate dental payment plan for you.

They will explain what the plan provides and will confirm what the monthly fee will be.

Step 03

Having read the Supplementary Insurance policy summary within the application and membership pack, complete the application form and sign a Care Agreement, which is the contract between you and your dentist.

Step 04

Once your application is received by us we will write to confirm your registration and supply you with a membership card.
