Payment options
There are three different ways to offer the plans to parents:
Option 1
All three plans are included in the school fees for each pupil at the school.
This will cost parents £7.95 per pupil per term.
Option 2
Parents can choose which of the three plans they want to take out. They can
select one plan only or a combination of any of the three products available.
The rates for optional products are given below.
Option 3 - Combined - £9.05 per pupil per term
All pupils will have the AXA PPP healthcare Personal Accident Plan included
in their fees at the preferential rate of £3.50 per pupil per term. Parents will
be given the choice of taking Denplan for Schools or AXA PPP healthcare Sports
Physiotherapy Plan when they receive their bill.

Schools will also receive a rebate of 40p per pupil per term towards the
costs of administration and mailing. This will be deducted from your termly
invoice.
