Check the process below if you need any help on how to find a dentist, and what to do if you need to claim:

Find a dentist for your treatment
You can see any dentist - Denplan, Private or NHS. If you need help finding a dentist, you can call our 24-hour worldwide emergency helpline on 0800 844999 and we can book an appointment for you with a dentist local to you |

| Step 3 |
You must obtain proof of treatment or confirmation of loss of tooth from the dentist, providing details of any dental injury as well as showing a breakdown of treatment costs |
| Step 4 |
Complete the claim form, attach your proof of treatment and any other relevant receipts in support of your claim and send to Denplan within 30 days of receiving the course of treatment

Subject to no outstanding queries and receipt of a fully completed claim form and proof of treatment
