Our training events are a great opportunity for staff in similar roles to
meet and learn together. This type of training is run dependent on demand.
If you are interested in any of these events, please register your interest
with your Denplan consultant.
Once sufficient interest has been generated in a particular region, your
consultant will contact us at Denplan training, so that we can arrange a
suitable date and a venue. We will then mail all practices within that area
with relevant information about the course, together with a booking form.

Costs
Tailor-made training
A tailor-made training day costs £675 for up to
a maximum of
20 delegates. This includes VAT, tuition and
course materials (except where stated). If delegate numbers are greater than
20, an additional trainer will be required, at a cost of £200. Please note
that venue and refreshment costs are borne by the practice.
Payment must be received in full no later than four weeks prior to the
start of the course (or at the time of booking if less than four weeks
away). Payment can be made by cheque, credit or debit card, and/or
redemption of Denplan Training Vouchers (where eligible).
Please note: 2009 Denplan Training Vouchers are
redeemable only against Denplan Training courses delivered during 2009 and
will expire on 31 December 2009.
Training days are subject to availability. It is therefore advisable to
book early to avoid disappointment.

- The Beginners Guide
The following are priced at:
- Effective People Management - £175 per delegate
- Deep Pockets: Yours or Theirs and Questions of Quantity and Quality -
£195 per delegate
All other Denplan Training events:
- Clinical Leadership, Management and Governance
- CPD Essentials
will be charged at:
- £195 for the first delegate
- £175 for the second delegate
- £150 for the third and any subsequent delegates.
Course fees include VAT, tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments.
Payment methods and booking conditions
Payment must be received before the
start of the course and can be made by
cheque, credit or debit card, and/or
redemption of Denplan training vouchers
(where eligible).
Please note: 2008 Denplan training
vouchers are redeemable only against Denplan training courses
delivered during 2008 and will expire on 31 December 2008.
Dentists who are eligible for Denplan
training vouchers are notified by
Denplan. Please note that all training
vouchers must be used prior to their
expiry date which is clearly marked upon
them.

working days of Denplan’s receipt of your completed booking form and
payment.

Cancellation policy
Tailor-made training
If cancellation is received less than 20 working days before
the date of the course we regret that no refund can be given.
Any venue costs incurred as a result of cancellation will be at
the practice’s expense. Please note that Denplan Training
Vouchers are non-returnable and have no cash value.
