As Training Manager for Denplan, she designs and delivers training for the whole practice team to support them in achieving their goals. Jo specialises in providing business development solutions specifically tailored to the unique demands and needs of the modern dental practice. |

Mike Busby BDS LDSRCS(Eng) DGDP
Mike was a Principal in a large practice in Buckinghamshire from 1976 until 2006. Mike has worked as a trainer with Denplan since 1990, developing and delivering training courses, with particular interest in the audit and promotion of oral heath and managing people. Mike is now also an Honorary Lecturer in Primary Dental Care at Birmingham Dental School. He is researching an MSc on 'Measuring Success in Dental Practice' at the University. |

Lil Niddrie
Lil joined Denplan in 1993 and has worked in many areas of the company to support dental practices, and now her knowledge and experience is combined to deliver a wide range of training resources. Lil is a qualified practitioner of hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Neuro Linguistic Programming. She also has a specialist interest in advanced communication skills and personal development. |

Alexa Tagg
Alexa joined Denplan in 2003 as a Key Client Consultant. In this role she assisted our Key Client dentists with developing all areas of their business including training. This has given her an in depth knowledge of the workings of a practice and the training needs of a practice team. Alexa also has extensive experience built up from her previous roles in Sales and Customer Services. She is also a qualified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. |

Chris Marshall
Chris has a wide experience as a trainer within the leisure, IT and recruitment industries. His range of experience in these fields gives him a broad base of knowledge in areas including sales, customer services and team working. He particularly focuses on motivating both teams and individuals to reach their fullest potential and has a wealth of experience in training both large groups of delegates and in providing one to one coaching and support. |

Jane Maylor
Jane comes from a successful sales and training background. She specialises in the training of customer service and sales and has a wealth of experience in training both larger groups and coaching individuals. Some of the industries she has worked with during her career are Retail, Insurance and Financial Services. Jane has also helped many individuals achieve success in the NVQ qualifications involving communication and customer service.

Angela Chadwick
Angela has over 20 years experience within dental practice management working in both the NHS and private sector. During that time she managed a practice conversion to Denplan, implemented changes regarding the new contract in a 4 man practice and administered all Clinical Governance protocols and procedures. Angela trained and coached receptionists and nurses throughout her time in practice to understand and perform their roles and responsibilities within the team. This broad range of
practice management experience gives her an excellent base of knowledge and skills to support practices within Denplan Training. |
