Emotional intelligence is not only deemed a fundamental aspect for delivering excellent customer service but is also important for the personal development and motivation of the practice team. By exploring self-awareness, self-management, empathy and rapport building, each team member will gain a greater understanding of the usefulness of emotional intelligence.
The Principles of Coaching Using the basic principles of coaching, learn the skills to motivate and support yourself and others to attain personal and business ambitions, manage change and overcome setbacks. Individually you will identify areas in your life that you would like to improve such as finances, relationships or health. You will create your personal action plan to accomplish your chosen goal. Similarly, as a team you will identify one practice objective and a strategy to ensure that this is achieved.
