SYON PARK - For a relaxed morning, you can take the seven minute walk from the hotel through a secret garden gate and visit Syon Park, the spectacular London sixteenth century home of the Duke of Northumberland. Profoundly historic, the house holds a wealth of art within its grand classical interiors while the park and gardens feel like deep countryside, although barely seven miles from the centre of London.
