For the participants to be confident in their ability in carrying out their role, providing the best customer care in the reception area and sharing ideas amongst the team to excel their practice vision and growth.
Your day will cover:
- 'The basics' - What it takes to be successful in your role, with a big emphasis on customer care and retaining your patients
- 'Going the extra mile' – Focusing on the fine details which you add to the patients’ journey enabling them to feel valued at the practice
- 'Current times' – Looking at methods of how to improve and sharing ideas on making social media accounts attractive and beneficial to your practice
- 'Roadblocks' – Dealing with and overcoming roadblocks you face daily, to help you stay consistently perfect in your role
