As the Ringmaster of your practice, we have developed a training course to help you juggle your day to day tasks.
We have designed a tailored course specifically for all receptionists; both experienced and new, to concentrate on the issues and topics you told us were most important to you.
Your day will cover:
- Your role in promoting and selling services within the practice – dealing with new enquiries and managing patient retention helping the practice to operate smoothly
- Handling Complaints and dealing with difficult situations – using assertiveness techniques and also working within the realms of the GDC standards
- Time Management – appointment book planning and prioritising to keep your day and the teams day running as efficiently as possible
