What is Denplan Care?

Denplan Care is a comprehensive dental plan for your patients, covering preventive and restorative oral healthcare treatments. You'll be able to customise the patients’ fees, dependent on their oral health. 

What does Denplan Care include?

  • Dental check-ups (as clinically necessary)

  • Dental hygiene visits (as clinically necessary)

  • Dental x-rays

  • Necessary fillings

  • Necessary extractions

  • Periodontal treatment

  • Preventive dental advice and therapy

  • Crowns, dentures and bridgework (excluding lab fees)

  • Root canal treatment (optional)

Denplan Essentials – our maintenance plan

What is Denplan Essentials?

Denplan Essentials is an easy set-up maintenance plan. You set a monthly fee for your patient, covering a number of treatments, including dental check-ups, dental hygiene visits and dental x-rays. Your patients don't need to be 'dentally fit' to start the plan, so they can sign up without needing any treatment first.

What does Denplan Essentials include?

What is Denplan Hygiene?

Denplan Hygiene is an easy way for your patients to keep up the habit of regular hygiene treatments, whilst helping them to budget and spread the costs. You’ll set a monthly fee and decide how many hygiene appointments the fees cover.

What does Denplan Hygiene include?

  • Hygiene appointments and treatments to your patients

  • Advise patients about looking after their oral health, including brushing, flossing and cleaning between their teeth

What is Denplan for Children?

Denplan for Children helps establish good oral health routines from an early age. Patients' fees can be set with either a maintenance or capitation model. So you can choose what you would like to include in the plan for your younger patients. This dental payment plan is flexible and easy to set up.

Denplan Membership for private fee-per-item (PFPI) patients

What is Denplan Membership?

Denplan Membership lets you register private fee-per-item (PFPI) patients to your practice. This ensures they have access to you, their preferred dentist. You'll be able to offer these patients discounts on their dental treatment.

You can customise your Denplan Membership plans to include other benefits too.

Denplan Supplementary Insurance

What is Denplan Supplementary Insurance?

Patients have the option to add Denplan Supplementary Insurance to their Denplan payment plan, giving patients worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover. Our insurance also includes a 24-hour worldwide dental emergency helpline.

What's included with Denplan Supplementary Insurance?

  • Patients can claim up to £450 for temporary emergency treatment in the UK, when you're more than 40 miles from your registered dental practice

  • Patients can claim up to £470 for temporary emergency treatment abroad

  • They can claim cover towards treatment costs for a dental injury

  • Mouth cancer cover

  • Access to a 24-hour worldwide dental emergency helpline
