How long will the free service last for?
Your access to these services from Simplyhealth will be free of charge until the 31st December 2021. If you are from a Denplan Plus practice you will be able to access these services until your practice's agreement with Denplan ends.
How much will it cost?
Nothing. Simplyhealth will cover the cost of Denplan practice staff using these services. The only potential cost could be if the GP issues a private prescription.
When the free period has ended, can we pay to access the GP and EAP services?
Unfortunately these services are not part of Simplyhealths’ standard product range, so are unavailable as a product to purchase without having them as part of a Simplyhealth Plan.
