If there is anything we’ve learnt over the past nine months, it is that the Covid pandemic is unpredictable. As we are coming out of our second lockdown, more than ever we know you need our support to sustain your business.
When the UK went into lockdown in March, our national team of Business Development Consultants got straight on the phone to you. We offered instant support in a time of crisis. We began to really understand practices’ challenges and acted as a sounding board for many of you. We learnt how much our practices value their membership with us, not only from a business support perspective but also the friendly support we can offer, and this cemented our relationships even more than before. We invested in our teams so they could work from home and in weeks we were mobilised and up and running with our membership support to our dentists, including business, marketing and clinical support, as well as bespoke virtual training.
Our financial, clinical and emotional investment, including Simplyhealth’s £2m PPE investment for your practices, we know has alleviated so much concern for you.
The team remain to be agile and will continue to support our clients whether that is face to face meetings when restrictions allow and through virtual meetings. We are very much here and able to support your business in however format you want to see us!
Post-lockdown growth
Looking at the future, our critical business eye is more vital than ever in order to sustain and grow your business.
We are currently talking to practices about fee-setting and conducting financial reviews to support this. Many of you have said that our payment plans and Denplan’s support have helped you get through the pandemic. The sense of loyalty from patients is strong and as you have re-opened and it is great to see so many practices feel really energised to grow their patients on our payment plans.
Practices are coming up with some really innovative ways to recruit patients with many of you realising that our payment plans have provided loyalty and given valuable security in times of crisis. Our Business Development Team is out there supporting your growth and our Denplan Academy has just launched a new Growth Training programme to support this further.

We have really grown in strength as a company and team to provide our practices with solutions, adapted quickly to ensure we could keep safe and provide our services, as well as invest in ongoing support for you.
