Gabriel Iglesias & Jo Koy at The O2 Arena in London Prize Draw

The “Prize”: the chosen winners of this “Prize Draw” will be awarded a pair (2) of concert tickets to see Gabriel Iglesias & Jo Koy perform at The O2 Arena in London on Saturday 6^th June 2026.

“Delegates” are attendees of the Rodericks Dental Partners Annual Conference on 25^th April 2026 at The Vox, Birmingham.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible to participate in this Prize Draw you must:
a. Be over the age of 18 years;
b. Be a Delegate attending the Rodericks Dental Partners Annual Conference on 25th April 2026; and
c. Complete and submit your data capture form. Once submitted, you will be entered into this Prize Draw automatically.
Any entries received after 4pm on Saturday 25^th April 2026 (“Closing Date”) will not be entered into the Prize Draw and will not be eligible to receive the Prize.
Only one entry is permitted per individual. Subsequent entries will not result in another chance to win the Prize.
Five winners will be chosen by a random number generator before Monday 27th April 2026.
The five (5) winners will receive two (2) tickets each to see Gabriel Iglesias & Jo Koy perform at The O2 Arena in London on Saturday 6^th June 2026.
The five winners will be notified by email or phone (using the contact details provided on the form) by Wednesday 29th April 2026 with the Prize details and registration link. If these contact details are incorrect or not up to date, you may forfeit your right to the Prize, at the Promoter’s discretion.
The five winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize and verify their details via email by 5pm on Friday 8th May 2026. Further instructions will follow via email regarding how to claim the Prize two weeks from the concert date. If a winner does not confirm acceptance via email by 5pm on Friday 22^nd May 2026, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn at random. The Prize is non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
The Prize does not include the reimbursement of any associated costs such as, but not limited to, travel, food or drinks.
Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prizes with similar alternatives of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter will not be liable:
i. For any incomplete entries or entries not properly received due to technical or connectivity issues, or other problems.
ii. For any delay in awarding the Prize to you; or
iii. In the event that the law or any regulatory guidance prevents the Promoter from continuing the Prize Draw.
The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of ANSCO ARENA LIMITED (O2 Arena - https://www.theo2.co.uk/legal/the-o2-venue-and-ticketing-terms-and-conditions) as amended from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw if it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice. Any amendments to the terms of the Prize Draw or information regarding its withdrawal will be published on the Promoter’s website.
You are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw or to receive the Prize if you are an employee of an entity within the Simplyhealth Group.
Should a winner wish to cancel their entry after being awarded one of the Prizes, the Prize will be redrawn and awarded to another delegate who entered before the Closing Date.
The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including noncontractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions on their subject matter or formation.
