I am passionate about driving, developing, and supporting my amazing team to ensure they are always at their best and have the tools to help our practices achieve their desired professional and financial goals.
Away from work, I enjoy weight training, more recently building Lego (who knew?) and a good, gritty Netflix series to get my teeth into.”

Outside work, you'll find me doing the mum-taxi circuit for my teenage daughter or soaking up the countryside with my two loyal dogs, Porter and Honey - flat white in hand (or a chilled glass of white grape, if the sun’s behaving)."

"I joined Denplan as a Business Development Consultant in 2024, bringing with me a strong background in supporting businesses across the healthcare sector. With previous experience as a Business Advisor and in leadership roles across various industries, I bring a strong understanding of the strategic and operational challenges faced by practice owners.
Covering Kent and parts of Sussex, I work closely with dental practices across the BN, CT, TN and ME postcodes. I am passionate about helping practices grow their patient base, get the most from their Denplan membership, and explore opportunities like NHS transitions and Denplan+.
I am known for my approachable style, practical insight, and genuine enjoyment of being out on the road visiting practices.
Outside of work, I can usually be found afloat on my beloved (and sometimes temperamental!) boat moored on the River Medway - fondly referred to as The Floating Money Pit."

"I've been part of the Denplan team for over 5 years, beginning my journey on the phones in the Practice Support Team, where I developed a foundation in understanding the day-to-day needs of practices. Now, as a Business Development Executive, I work closely with smaller Denplan practices to help them grow, overcome challenges, and reach their potential. I enjoy building genuine relationships, connecting with people, and finding practical solutions that make a real difference.
When I'm not supporting practices, you’ll usually find me indulging my love of musical theatre - whether I’m in the audience watching the latest show, singing showtunes with my choir, or learning to tap dance with varying levels of success."
