We get things set up
Our team will register the Champion and get them set up. They'll get an introductory email from us, introducing the role.
Onboarding and welcome
The Champion will receive a welcome call from one of our practice advisors, sharing what support is available, training and resources.

Does the Champion need prior Denplan knowledge?
Not at all. We provide all the training they’ll need. The most important qualities are good communication skills and a willingness to support the team.
Will the role take a lot of extra time?
No, the Denplan Champion role is designed to fit seamlessly into everyday practice life. Most Champions spend small pockets of time supporting colleagues, sharing updates, and helping with patient conversations.

No, the programme and all associated training and resources are included as part of your existing Denplan membership.

What if our nominated Champion leaves the practice?
No problem, you can allocate a new Champion at any time, and we’ll provide full training to get them up to speed. Contact your Business Development Consultant or email [email protected] with details of your new champion, and we’ll do the rest.
